I give permission to use and post my photos from the pattern test for marketing purposes(required)

I agree to send helpful notes and photos to the designer within the designated timeline(required)

I agree to communicate final measurements and yardage to the designer(required)

I agree to communicate any errors (typos, incorrect stitch count, fit issues, etc) as soon as they are found(required)

I agree to not alter the pattern in anyway before discussing with the designer for approval(required)

I agree to pay for the purchase of the pattern should I not meet the agreements outlined above and understand I will be invoiced for the price of the pattern should I not meet the requirements or deadlines(required)

I understand that a pattern is intellectual property and I will not redistribute, sell, or copy this pattern or claim it in any part as my own(required)
